Oilfields Supply Center Sdn Bhd (OSCSB) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oilfields Supply Center Ltd, Dubai (see earlier). OSCSB was formed in 2008 and its head office and operational base are located within the Port Klang Free Zone, to the west of Kuala Lumpur and adjacent to the major gateway for shipping in Malaysia (Port Klang). This provides excellent support for both imports to and exports from Malaysia.

The Dubai parent company was established some 47 years ago and its core competencies are focused on logistics support for the Oil and Gas and Power Generation industries in addition to the relatively new business of Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchange manufacturing.

The Malaysian subsidiary will serve the ASEAN market and will, in the first instance provide manufacture of new build Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Packages and other engineering works typically associated with the Process industry; moving subsequently to the provision of Logistics services for the Oil and Gas Industry.

The operations of Malaysia will eventually mirror the services and production capability of our Dubai operations and we shall continuously provide superior product in support of the process industry.

The current core competencies of OSCSB are the manufacture of new-built Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanges and packages which will all be produced to the relevant ASME standards.

ASME Fabrication

OSCSB is accredited with the ASME ‘NB’, ‘U’ and ‘R’ stamps. Our fabrication facilities allow us to manufacture pressure vessels and power piping for markets including Petrochem process facilities, in-field gas compression systems, filtration vessels and power generation. We have extensive experience in compression and separator skid manufacture, incorporating ASME pressure vessels and piping assemblies.

 Blasting And Painting Services

Our blasting services uses only the highest quality steel grit. A separate, purpose-designed area provides painting services offering our clients wet-spray paint finishes.

Heat Exchangers

We utilise the latest design programmes (STFS, ACOL 6.1 and TASC 5.0) to design shell and tube or air-cooled coolers. Coupled with our Auto-CAD draughting and manufacturing capabilities such as auto tube end welding and electronic torque-controlled tube expanding, we are able to cater to your heat transfer needs.

General Services

We have in-house facilities for Fibre Optic boroscope inspection, pressure testing facilities, retubing and in-workshop refurbishment of heat transfer equipment.

OSCSB is accredited with ISO 9001:2008. The accreditation covers Engineering Design and Manufacturing of Pressure and Non-Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skid Packages and Pipe Spools for Processing Plants, Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, and General Industries.
While the accreditation allows us to increase the ability to create value for us as well as for our valued customers and stakeholders, it will also optimize the cost and resources.
