hristensen Gulf Services LLC, is a joint venture between Oilfields Supply Center Ltd. and Baker Hughes Inteq. Originally when the joint venture was established in 1975 the foreign shareholder was Christensen Diamond Products.

Since its inception the focus of the company has changed from the marketing of product sales such as diamond and PDC drill and core bits, to the service orientation which concentrates on workshop services to the oil & gas industry.

In its superbly appointed 2,000 square meter air-conditioned facility within the Oilfields Supply Center complex in Jebel Ali, the company offers an extensive suite of oilfield workshop services including downhole motor repair and tool servicing, thread cutting, welding and fabrication. In addition to workshop services, the company has an extensive range of small diameter Drilex motors (11/16 " - 31/2" O.D) for through-tubing, fishing and completion applications.

Services undertaken are: -

• Machining of API connections on all drilling equipment
• Repair and service of downhole motors and tools
• Repair and service of stabilisers including hard-facing
• Break-out and make-up connections up to 125,000 ft/lbs torque
• General machining on hollow spindle and smaller lathes
• Manufacture of cross over subs, alignment subs, stabilisers
• Corebarrel repair and service
• General oilfield fabrication
